The Happiness Project: Week 1
As I was dancing around the house to Cyndi Lauper and other randoms on my ipod, Courtney from It's a Southern Thing was hard at work studying up on "The Happiness Project" over at The Life of a Cupcake that we are about to embark on, starting today!! We live a positive and happy lifestyle, but, know that everything has room for improvement. So, together, we decided to challenge each other to bring our lives to a whole new level of happiness in 8 weeks! Together, we will be completing one surprise challenge every week. We welcome any and all of you to join us and submit your thoughts and finished challenges! Let the fun begin!
WEEK 1: WORK-OUT TO HAPPINESS
(Wed. - Nov. 2nd- Wed. - Nov. 9th)
Being happy is important in mind, spirit, and in body. Courtney and I have chosen to make a lifestyle change today and begin to make our bodies happy! We will be dedicating 1.5 hr.'s of every weekday solely to cardio and personal training. Along with this, we have also made promises to each other to make healthier choices in out diet.
*This by no means constitutes that we are not happy with our bodies, because all body sizes and shapes are beautiful! By choosing to become more physically fit, we are preparing our bodies to enrich our mind and spirits happiness!
